Nasta AS has been the distributor of Hitachi construction machinery in Norway since 1982. With 41 years of collaboration, Nasta AS and Hitachi has now taken a leading position in the development and supply of zero emissions for the Norwegian Market.

Sjur Wethal joined Nasta in 2008 and has held the position as ‘Senior advisor climate and customer solutions’ since 2020. He is involved in the development and production of zero emission construction machines and also has responsibility in sales and customer support.

Having experienced that delivering an emission free machine requires deeper involvement from the dealer, Sjur, in his day to day work often acts as a competence provider and bridge-builder between policy makers such as the client or legislator, the executing contractor and Nasta’s sales and aftermarket department.

He has a degree in economics, and a drive for being part of the green shift in the construction industry.
